Step 1: Submit Your Application

Complete our simple online form and upload your resume. We'll review your background, credentials, and specialty to determine initial alignment with our partner facilities.

Step 2: Pre-Screening & Interview

If your profile aligns with current openings, we’ll contact you for a pre-screening conversation. This may be followed by a virtual interview with one of our U.S. healthcare partners.

Step 3: Licensing & Credential Support

We’ll guide you through U.S. licensing requirements (NCLEX, VisaScreen, IELTS, etc.). If you're not yet licensed, we’ll provide a roadmap to help you prepare.

Step 4: Facility Matching

Once qualified, we work with you to match your skills and preferences with the right U.S. healthcare facility. We’ll coordinate interviews, provide preparation tips, and assist with offer reviews.

Step 5: Job Offer & Compliance

Upon a successful match, you'll receive a formal offer. We assist with onboarding documents and help ensure everything complies with employer and immigration requirements.

Step 6: Relocation Preparation

We connect you with resources for relocation, cultural readiness, and life in the U.S. CuraVia Staffing offers continued guidance to ensure a smooth transition.
